OLEFA 16.4: New upload possibilties

1. New interface for uploads / file selection in all OLEFA tools:
   
   
   • import files directly from Microsoft OneDrive
   
   
   • possibility to switch the automatic image transformation consisting of quality, dimensions & orientation on or off
   
   
   • systematic integration of OLEFA soundrecorder for all uploads that allow audio-files
   
   
   • interface enhancements when linking to files from the resources manager: audio and video preview, multiple file-selection…


2. Tiparlo and storyboard:
   
   
   • Possibility to stop any audio-playback by the main stop button
   
   
   • Possibility to stop specific audio-clips by clicking on them for a second time


3. Wiki:
   
   
   • Link elements now also allow to select assignments


4. User manager:
   
   
   • Better nickname generation for names with special characters

OLEFA 16.2: Required fields for OLEFABase

1. OLEFABase:
   
   
   • In the database setup, fields can be defined as required.
   
   
   • Controls on many places force the user to fill out the required fields, including some format checks.
   
   
   • Possibility to include more information on printed lists, such as set information or referenced databases



2. User management:
   
   
   • More filters, such as account type, user level, group membership, activation and expiration date, are available on many places: list printing, sticker printing, user mails, batch deleting



3. Webbook:
   
   
   • Font types, sizes and colors and text alignment have been moved from the old layout screen to the WYSIWYG editor

OLEFA 16.1: Include mini-polls anywhere

1. OLEFA Poll:
   • Possibility to include a single question of a poll anywhere on the website.
2. Users activity list:
   • A list of your groups users and their online status is available on the userhome screen and optionally as a plugin on the screen bottom.
   • The list also offers group and name filters, and shortcuts to open chats with the users or see their recent posts.
   • Users can also be dragged from this list into an open chat in order to invite them to the discussion
3. Webbook & Tiparlo:
   • Text elements now support TinyMCE for easier text manipulation.
4. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.
