OLEFA 17.3: Groupmanager and OLEFABase improvements

1. OLEFABase:
   • Implemented AND/OR search logic for tables
   • Added an icon allowing to directly delete a record from within the editor
   • Added an icon allowing to jump to the public viewmask of a record from within the editor
   • Added a setup allowing to define if search bots should be allowed to crawl specific databases
2. Groupmanager:
   • Rewrote the interface, improving the handling
   • Fixed multiple small bugs
3. Image-gallery:
   • Re-added the possibility to save images via right-click
4. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.
