OLEFA 16.5: Even more upload possibilities

1. New interface for uploads / file section in all OLEFA tools:
   • import files directly from Google Drive and Dropbox
   • attachments in calendar events now also use the new interface
2. OLEFACalendar:
   • Improved performance
3. OLEFABase:
   • Lists generated in Print/Export now offer links to records/users editors
4. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.
