OLEFA 14.8r2: New WYSIWYG features

1. OLEFAbase:
   • Now offers WYSIWYG support for text fields, including image integration inside a long text.
   • Alternative display options for the page turning mechanism: infotext, arrows, numbers.
   • Basemerge lists; used to display multiple databases simultaneously now offer better sorting and display options.
2. Podcasts:
   • More audio formats are accepted.
   • Support for linked audio files, in other resources directories.
3. Wiki:
   • Single image elements now also support drag&drop and automatic compression during the upload, similar to the gallery elements.
   • The WYSIWYG editor allows to select the current wiki's images from a dropdown menu.
4. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.
