EducDesign SA releases OLEFA 1.2.4


EDUCDESIGN, Bettembourg, Luxembourg - 08, 2003 - EducDesign SA today released their latest version of the OLEFA Server System software (version 1.2.4 | build 1M585) which offers many database related improvements (including multiple image upload via FTP, multiple date formats, an autosort feature and more detailed database statistics in XML format), enhanced FTP import features, better render engine support for BSD and UNIX-like operating systems, as well a s a completely new Wiki writing permissions editor. Most other modules have been updated at the same time and offer new features to administrators and users, bugfixes, improvements and code enhancements. The new release will be installed on all customer servers within the next few days.





EducDesign SA releases OLEFA 1.2.5


EDUCDESIGN, Bettembourg, Luxembourg - 09, 2003 - EducDesign SA today released their latest version of the OLEFA Server System software (version 1.2.5 | build 1M712) which offers a wide range of useful new features including a complete set of man (user manual) pages for all main parser module commands, enhanced random and list file editors, many interface enhancements, user export as Sun Cobalt (tm) user import file, enhanced file backup list views, a website debugger, definable fileserver directory names, image dimension display in the resources manager list view, enhanced OlefaScript support for all software modules, many mpm command enhancements as well as new commands, and finally a better code documentation and enhanced software optimizing tools for developers. Most other modules have been updated at the same time and offer new features to administrators and users, bugfixes, improvements and code enhancements. The new release will be installed on all customer servers within the next few days.





OLEFA 1.3 released


EDUCDESIGN, Bettembourg, Luxembourg - October, 2003 - EducDesign SA today released their latest version of the OLEFA Server System software (version 1.3 | build 1N762) which introduces the completely new Media Wiki Manager as well as Fileserver Services. The Media Wiki Manager allows to create and maintain web based projets without the need of any HTML or other code. Images, tables, link lists and other content can easily be created and edited while the software is still completely compatible with all platforms and web browsers (no Java, JavaScript or plug-ins required). The new Fileserver Services allow to run an Olefa powered fileserver (supporting Linux/UNIX, Windows/PC and Apple Macintosh clients), Olefa users can access the fileserver using the same password as for all other Olefa services (user accounts are created automatically which also works on Olefa networks consisting of several servers). Most other modules have been updated at the same time and offer new features to administrators and users, bugfixes, improvements and code enhancements. The new release will be installed on all customer servers within the next few days.





EducDesign SA releases OLEFA 1.3.1


EDUCDESIGN, Bettembourg, Luxembourg - November, 2003 - EducDesign SA today released their latest version of the OLEFA Server System software (version 1.3.1 | build 1N804) which offers an updated version of the new media wiki manager (title and basic style features are now available for all element types, the new logfile and backup architecture has been implemented, image sub-directories are supported, bugfixes and interface enhancements, ...) as well as improved content management system features (completely new table, random and list file editors, enhanced manual page viewer, auto-replace keywords support, support for database specific module templates, better search database and statistics support for media wiki, ...). Most other modules have been updated at the same time and offer new features to administrators and users, bugfixes, improvements and code enhancements. The new release will be installed on all customer servers within the next few days.
