OLEFA 13.5: Less password requests when downloading files


  1. OLEFA Calendar:

    • Each user now has the possibility to define which calendars shall be listed or hidden in the overview.

    • A year overview has been added.

    • Smartphones now open events in fullscreen mode, which makes it easier to edit them.


  2. OLEFA Wiki & OLEFAbase:

    • When logged in with a valid session, you don't need to re-enter your password for document and PDF downloads anymore.


  3. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.

OLEFA 13.4: With reshaped resources manager


  1. Resources manager:

    • Major rewrite with many interface and performance enhancements.

    • Possibility to rescale the images automatically during the upload procedure; for single and multiple files.

    • The number of shown rows per page can now be adapted. The preferred setting is cached for every user.

    • The FTP import now automatically corrects invalid file names.

    • The resources search now also includes the Dynamic Media Extensions; title, description….


  2. Timeline:

    • OLEFAbase records can now be displayed as an interactive timeline.


  3. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.

  1. Userhome:

    • Possibility to manage all mail accounts associated to the current user.



  2. OLEFAbase:

    • Possibility to clone the structure of an existing database when creating a new one.

    • Possibility to define custom success and error pages for the addtobase-module.



  3. Tools:

    • Possibility to drag and drop pictures and videos into Storyboard, Tiparlo and Webbook.

    • Possibility to add a video & audio-files to the Tiparlo sidebar.

OLEFA 13.2: Access rights for regular website pages


  1. OLEFAbase:
    • The preferred number of records displayed per screen is being cached in the user's preferences.
    • Possibility to validate the entered e-mail address by a sent confirmation link; useful for online-petitions.
    • New predefined database template for blogs.
    • Possibility to configure the comment-feature to be used with or without ratings.
    • A new user-field allows to refer to user accounts from within a database record.
  2. Website management:
    • Possibility to define access rights for regular pages, as well as who should see them in the automatic navigation and sitemap.
    • Additional icons in the page overview immediately allow to define if pages should be listed in the automatic navigation and sitemap.
    • Templates may be attributed a specific name, additionally to their ID
  3. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.
