OLEFA 15.6: Toolbar redesign

1. New design for all OLEFA interfaces:
   • new icons with a more modern look and more coherence
   • responsive navigation with new look
   • adaptations for responsiveness in many tools, e.g. pinboard, calendar, Tiparlo…
2. Tiparlo now offers two types, which can be chosen when creating a new project:
   • Comic: classic look with customizable comic-like heads
   • Sober: with neutral head graphics, better adapted to adolescents and adults
3. Storyboard got an easier interface by removing some functions that were rarely used: bots, clouds, sun, moon…
4. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.

OLEFA 15.4: Easier manipulation of pages

1. CMS:
   • additional page types available
   • description texts for every page type
   • an XML sitemap helps search engines to better index the website
     
2. OLEFAbase:
   • new database model for photo archives
   • special functions for photo archives, such as upload of high quality images via drag&drop and automatic generation of several image-size versions
   • the reservation cart now also displays the article ID
     
3. Conversations:
   • the toolbar indicator shows unread messages in a dropdown menu and opens them in the minichat
     
4. OLEFA Wiki:
   • pages with offline state are now completely hidden in navigations and index elements
   • a "HD upload" button allows to upload images without the automatic compression
     
5. OLEFA Calendar:
   • search results are now listed with their end date
     
6. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.

OLEFA 15.3

1. OLEFAbase:
   • alignment buttons offered in WYSIYG editor
2. Mail management:
   • new disc usage indicator for every mailbox
   • better handling of relative URLs in newsletters
3. CMS:
   • the creation of link pages for example in autonavs has been simplified
   • transparent error message for protected videos that are not supported in Safari
4. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.

OLEFA 15.2: Easier filtering in userhome

1. Image upload via tablet: including compression and auto-rotation now available on more places:
   • webbook
   • userhome: avatar-upload
   • pinboad
   • poll
   • timeline
2. Webbook:
   • easier integration of cover images
   • maximum image width automatically adapted to page layout
   • autosave versions no longer suggested by obtrusive popup windows
   • save button easier accessible in landscape books
3. Userhome:
   • a login screen, with facultative guest mode, tries to motivate users to login, so that they can better take advantage of user-based filters
   • new order for the offered filters, so that the most useful filters; e.g. "my groups contributions" are offered first
4. Wiki:
   • document element: allows to upload multiple documents simultaneously; by drag&drop or selection-dialogue
   • audio- and video-elements: upload interface visually more coherent to image elements
   • border colors; for elements and project layouts, are no longer supported
5. OLEFAbase:
   • new template for contact databases
   • new function possibility to integrate sorting links in the header of a baselist object
   • possibility to add a specific searchfield for element codes
6. CMS:
   • allows direct access to a page by a user-specific identification - "hid" - without opening a session
   • possibility to create links to pdf documents by an easier syntax while using options such as size indication "s" or mini-icon "m":
