OLEFA 19.2: Better copying

1. Wiki:
   • Fixed the copying of resources, as well in single or multiple page copy as when creating projects by copying an existing one.
   • Only the resources used on the given pages will be copied to the new project.
   • All the resources used on the pages and saved in one of the original wiki folders will be copied to the new project.
2. Poll:
   • Fixed the copying of resources when creating projects by copying an existing one.
3. Tiparlo:
   • Fixed an issue where new recordings were not always automatically added to the project.
   • Added some new comic heads.
4. Various bugfixes and performance improvements.
