OLEFA 14.1: Create event from Poll question type-meeting

1. Poll:
   
   
   • It is now possible to create a calendar event from a meeting question, automatically using time and title of the poll, and inviting all participants form the poll to the event.



2. Resources manager:
   
   
   • Added sharing link to menu to facilitate sharing of resources.



3. Multiple bugfixes and performance improvements.
